As we reflect on our “2025-2026” Fiscal Year accomplishments, we would like to thank our H.I. members, friends, donors, community and leaders far and near. Some supported us with their amazing monetary gifts, time, support and blessings. We are deeply grateful and with the impact of your contributions we were able to:
- Help sustain funding for high school students to participate in the Alfred Street Baptist Street HBCU Scholarship Festival in Virginia
- Maintain H.I. museum building and structural upkeep
- Support the Area Christians Together on Service (ACTS) Agency by providing items for their Food Pantry
- Donate funds to the Boys and Girls Club of Henderson
- Provide funding to the “Shop With A Cop” for the Vance County Sheriff Office
- Complete a 220 Seafood Fundraiser Event
- Participate in the Vance County Schools, Outreach Event (One Block, One Voice, One Community)
- Collaborate with the Piedmont Chapter of Greensboro, NC to increase membership
